I make Dark, Moody Quilts…

. . . for quilters who’ve always felt like outsiders.

I didn’t start as a quilter. I started as a sewer, skeptical that cutting fabric into a thousand pieces could ever be fun.

Then I made my first quilt—for a wedding. And it clicked: quilting is like a beautiful, intricate puzzle that ends in something useful, something magical.

“Quilting isn’t just about fabric—it’s about creating mood, story, and intention.”

Most patterns didn’t speak to me: minimalist, bright, overly cheerful. They left me wanting more depth, more darkness, more me.

So I made it myself. Gothic-inspired, moody quilts that feel like a story, a moment, a mood.

“Gothic quilts shouldn’t just be black-and-white log cabins with a pop of red—they should make you feel something.”

And, I believe a quilt isn’t finished until it’s finished.

Because your free-motion quilting can elevate or hide, create designs within the designs, make a beloved family heirloom, there are so many possibilities, and I wanted the gothic patterns I created to include that philosophy as well. Each pattern I make has:

  • Hand-drawn, longarm quilting guides

  • Edge-to-edge and custom quilting options

  • With options for additional video tutorial guidance and companion packs to help you practice and make your own design choices.

No Indecision. No “quilt as desired” paralysis. Just beautiful, completed quilts

Let’s make Beautiful, dark things . . .

. . . and actually get them finished, together
