DIGITAL PRODUCT TERMS OF USE

1. Overview

These Digital Product Terms of Use apply to all digital quilt patterns, instructional PDFs, videos, templates, tutorials, downloads, and other digital materials (“Digital Products”) sold or distributed by This Baker Quilts LLC.

Purchasing or accessing any Digital Product indicates acceptance of these Terms in addition to the main Terms & Conditions.

2. License Grant

When you purchase a Digital Product, you are granted a:

  • Single-user

  • Non-exclusive

  • Non-transferable

  • Personal-use-only

  • Revocable

license to use the purchased content.

You are not purchasing ownership of the file or its intellectual property—only the right to personally use it.

3. Prohibited Actions

You agree that you will NOT:

  • Share, forward, email, or distribute the files

  • Upload the files to social media groups, cloud drives, or shared folders

  • Print copies for anyone other than yourself

  • Post screenshots, excerpts, or measurements from the patterns

  • Use the content to create your own pattern or class

  • Sell or redistribute the digital files

  • Claim the content as your own

  • Use the product for any commercial class, workshop, or manufacturing process

Any unauthorized use is a violation of U.S. copyright law.

4. Permitted Actions

You may:

  • Print one copy for personal use

  • Store the files on your personal device(s)

  • Create quilts from the pattern

  • Sell a limited number of finished quilts

  • You must credit the designer as:
    “Pattern by This Baker Quilts LLC”

If you wish to:

  • Mass-produce items

  • Use patterns in kits

  • Use patterns for commercial teaching

  • Purchase a commercial license

5. Accuracy & Digital Quality

While we strive for accuracy, Digital Products may contain:

  • Minor typographical errors

  • Variations in layout depending on device/printer

  • Differences in color or tone based on screens

This Baker Quilts LLC is not responsible for:

  • User misprints

  • Miscuts

  • Project outcomes

  • Skill-level differences

6. Refund Policy

All Digital Product purchases are final and non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All Digital Products remain the sole copyrighted property of This Baker Quilts LLC.

No rights are transferred beyond the single-user license.

Originality & No Infringement

All quilt patterns, instructional materials, digital files, and designs provided by This Baker Quilts LLC are original creations.

Due to the nature of quilting, some patterns may share stylistic elements with other designs. Any similarity is entirely unintentional.

By using or purchasing our products, you agree not to hold This Baker Quilts LLC liable for claims of infringement or similarity.

If you believe a design inadvertently infringes on your copyrighted work, please contact jen@thisbakerquilts.com. We will investigate promptly and take appropriate action if necessary.

8. Violations

Violating these terms may result in:

  • Revocation of access

  • Blocking from future purchases

  • Legal action or financial remedies
